Within 72 hours of our analysis, Cwik’s will present a detailed report of recommendations that will enhance the appeal of your home and prepare the home in the best condition to show for living or selling.
The report is an excellent reference sheet to use as we work together and includes current home conditions, your wish list, and the top 10 absolutes. We will return and fine-tune the recommendations. A flat fee range is available for this consultation service. The rate is based on your request type and the size of project. Under this scenario, you, our customer will handle the work.
If transformation or a new look is required, we begin with a meeting to discuss a plan of action to achieve your objectives. During the meeting, we address color schemes, furniture requests, and the details of a complete makeover… typically, non-structural design.
We handle many levels of re-design from suggesting appropriate contractors to re-designing with existing furniture and accessories. We can provide a complete transformation – floor to ceiling – and everything in between. A flat fee range is available for this consultation service and is based on your request and size of project. This scenario requires contractor bid activity; Cwik’s Different by Design will handle the re-design.
